- CCTV systems
We offer diagnostics, part replacements, maintenance, and installations through our service centers located in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
2. 🛠️ Warranty & Repairs
- We use original or OEM-quality parts only.
- Repairs include a warranty up to 90 days, depending on the service.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or third-party tampering after service.
- Devices must be returned with the original service slip or invoice to claim warranty.
3. 💰 Pricing & Payments
- All prices are provided after diagnosis.
- We offer free estimates before beginning any repair.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, card, or online transfer.
- Prices may vary based on parts availability or issue severity.
4. 🧾 Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your repair request before the service begins.
- No refunds will be issued once a service is completed or parts are installed.
- Deposits (if any) for special parts are non-refundable.
5. 🔐 Data Privacy & Device Security
- While we take utmost care, Laptop Bunny is not responsible for data loss.
- Customers are advised to back up data before handing over devices.
- Your personal information is used solely to provide services and will never be sold or shared.
6. 📦 Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and drop service is available in selected areas.
- We are not liable for transit damage during third-party delivery, unless insured.
7. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability
Laptop Bunny is not responsible for:
- Delays due to part availability
- Pre-existing issues not disclosed at the time of service
- Third-party modifications or damage caused post-repair
